Music has been widely recognized as an effective tool for controlling elements of aggression in children. It has been proven to have a calming and relaxing effect on children, reducing aggression and stress levels when listening to soft and harmonious melodies. In addition, music provides children with a way of expressing and channeling their emotions, helping to regulate their feelings and decreasing aggressiveness. To address aggression, programs and workshops have been developed that use music as a therapeutic tool, involving musical and dramatization activities that allow children to explore their emotions in a creative and constructive way. These interventions have proven to be effective in reducing aggressive behavior and promoting peaceful coexistence in school settings. In addition, participation in musical activities improves children's attention, concentration and social skills, which contributes to reducing aggressiveness. In summary, music is presented as a powerful tool to control aggressiveness in children, promoting emotional and social skills and a harmonious school environment.
