Análisis de la productividad del centro de acopio asociación de productores agrícolas Asopagua

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that affect the low productivity of agricultural producers in the management of bovine milk transport negatively in marketing, as an incident element in the decrease in productivity of the Asopagua collection center. in the province of Cotopaxi-Ecuador in the period 2021, as a sample in the value chain. A bibliographic review was developed, and the inductive-deductive methods, the logical history, the analysis and synthesis were applied; the technical tool of the survey and the statistical model were used for the collection of sample data. It is intended to design a manual for technical management of processes that allows establishing control policies and being more efficient in its production plant for agricultural entrepreneurs dedicated to the activity of cattle ranching through training actions and strategies that reduce possible risks in the marketing.
