Quality in dual programs in public technological higher education in Ecuador

In recent decades, technical and technological training has gone unnoticed by both researchers and policy makers, despite the better academic and employment results offered by these programs. This article seeks from a theoretical perspective to characterize the quality referentials of dual training in the development of competencies in public technological higher education programs in Ecuador. That is, to explain the process of implementation of dual training and its contributions to the development of competencies of young people in technological higher education.
