Undoubtedly, problem solving within the organizational world is due to countless factors and timely decision criteria.
The main objective of this investigation was to determine the dynamics of decision-making through a pertinent diagnosis of the situation, for this, the ten officials, Political Lieutenants of the Rural Parishes of the Latacunga Canton (10) were taken as an object of study., corresponding to the second half of 2020.
The information was obtained through the application of the survey technique, through an instrument developed with validity of Cronbach's Alpha α= 0.85 equivalent to a scale of high statistical reliability.
The main results achieved, there was empirical activity as the main problem-solving criterion, where 70% of respondents presented a process lacking tools and documentary support, considering that the management time is also greater than three months. in more than 50% of officials.
